Mr President, I ask a further supplementary question, and I thank the minister for taking responsibility for rising unemployment and slowing growth. Can the minister confirm that under this government consumer confidence is down 10 per cent from election levels, capital expenditure has fallen 2.2 per cent in the December quarter, unemployment has hit a 12-year high of 6.4 per cent, and yesterday's national accounts demonstrate that GDP growth is entrenched below trend?
