My question is to the Minister Representing the Minister for Health, Senator Nash. An open letter signed by more than 70 mental health organisations was sent to the Prime Minister this morning saying that the funding uncertainty plaguing the mental health sector has now reached crisis point. Has the minister been briefed on the number of people who no longer have access to mental health services because of staff attrition and service wind-down caused by the government's failure to guarantee funding for vital programs?
