Pursuant to standing order 78(1), I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 2 standing in my name for today, proposing that the Federal Courts Legislation Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2015 be disallowed.
