I ask that business of the Senate notice of motion No. 4 standing in my name and in the names of Senators Whish-Wilson, Lambie and Lazarus for today, proposing a reference to the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade References Committee relating to the powers and processes of the Foreign Investment Review Board, be withdrawn.
