The second question was in relation to the practical implementation. If an election is called for a date after 1 July 2016 and a date such that pre-poll can occur prior to 1 July 2016, which ballot paper is to be used? Because, as I recall, ballot papers are prescribed in the legislation. I assume that what the AEC will tell us is that there is a statutory note in the amendment. Does that override the ballot paper which is prescribed elsewhere in the act?
