I table copies of my letters to the Principal Registrar of the High Court of Australia transmitting questions and associated proceedings to the Court of Disputed Returns, pursuant to sections 376 and 377 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act of 1918. This material was personally delivered to the court by the Usher of the Black Rod this morning.
