On behalf of Senator Fifield, I move:
That consideration of the business before the Senate on Wednesday, 21 June 2017, be interrupted at approximately 5 pm, but not so as to interrupt a senator speaking, to enable Senator Gichuhi to make her first speech without any question before the chair.

On behalf of Senator Fifield, I move:
That—
(a) so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent the succeeding provisions of this resolution having effect;
(b) on Wednesday, 14 June 2017, the business of the Senate order of the day proposing the disallowance of the Family Law (Superannuation) (Provision of Information—Military Superannuation and Benefits Scheme) Amendment Determination 2016, standing in the names of Senators Kakoschke-Moore and Lambie, for that day be called on no later than 6.15 pm; and
(c) if consideration of the motion listed in paragraph (b) is not concluded at 6.30 pm, the questions on the unresolved motion shall then be put.
