Labor will be supporting the Treasury Laws Amendment (2017 Measures No. 2) Bill 2017. I am conscious of time, so the only comment I would like to make is that this is tidying up some of the consequential amendments from the legislation superannuation reforms that passed this chamber last year, reflecting the rushed process and internal dissent that came from the government as they brought their legislative program towards us. This is why we are here today, but we will be supporting it, acknowledging it is a tidy-up piece of legislation that should not have needed to be brought here.
