Pursuant to notice, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 2 standing in my name for today, relating to the disallowance of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Specialist Disability Accommodation) Rules 2016 made under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. I thank the government for engaging in discussion over the special disability accommodation rules, for a satisfactory response which I am given to understand the sector and all stakeholders are very happy with, and for resolving that matter.
