Is () (): My question is to the Minister representing the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Senator Brandis. Last Friday the parliament of Japan unanimously passed a bill regarding the implementation of commercial whaling. Is the government aware of this bill? If so, please advise the Senate if the government sees this as an escalation of Japan's whaling efforts and what action you are taking in this regard.
