I rise to speak to the Broadcasting Legislation Amendment (Broadcasting Reform) Bill 2017 and the Commercial Broadcasting (Tax) Bill 2017, which are the Turnbull government's second attempt at media reform in the now almost four years that the coalition government has been in office.
