I note that the minister did not reject the assertion that I made. Finally, through you, President, now that the transcript of the infamous phone call between Prime Minister Turnbull and Donald Trump has shown the US deal to be a complete sham that does not oblige the US to accept a single person—and that PM Turnbull was basically begging Donald Trump not to—will you evacuate the centres on Manus Island and Nauru and bring the people incarcerated there to safety in Australia?
