That is interesting. Can the government confirm whether applications made after 20 April from people who have been permanent residents for fewer than four years will remain frozen until the Australian Citizenship Legislation Amendment (Strengthening the Requirements for Australian Citizenship and Other Measures) Bill 2017 is voted on?
