I'm advised that the section defines the trial area, but it may by legislative instrument—and this is 124PD(2)—determine a part of that area to not be a trial site. It really does give, if I can say this, a much firmer outline in relation to those areas. If it's done by legislative instrument, we're talking about a legislative instrument in relation to a part of that area, and, again, that legislative instrument is disallowable by parliament.
