It's a matter that we will end up having to deal with whenever we stand up, and the government will then have to scramble to get a proper definition of 'Indigenous'. I'm of the view that, whether or not the minister thinks this is an issue for this bill, it is a fundamental issue for this bill. All I'm asking—and I'm asking politely—is for a sensible response, not for the minister to just stand up and sit down and treat it with disrespect. This is an issue that will come up time and time again when we're dealing with issues that engage Indigenous rights. Why can't the government look at an omnibus bill to solve this problem so we don't have another debate every time there's a bill before—
