I was going to give the senator a minute. Given that other senators have been shown some liberality in this debate, I'm not going to enforce it halfway through the debate. The next time a suspension is moved, it will strictly be about the suspension of standing orders. I will apply it more strictly than it has been applied in the Senate, out of respect for the other 70 senators who don't get to speak in these debates because of the forum in which this is adopted other than by leave.
