Now, Senator Wong, on the point of order on time, I sought advice from the Clerk on this matter during the last division, before it reached 1.50, while the numbers were being counted, and the Clerk has advised me that, consistent with past practice, we have already suspended standing orders, and that allows the minister to move this particular motion, because the effect of that motion was the 1.50 cut-off did not apply to the moving of this subsequent motion subsequent to the previous vote.
