My question is to the Minister for Aged Care and Senior Australians, Senator Colbeck. People Care Pty Ltd is the company contracted to operate the Earle Haven aged care facility. Can the minister confirm that People Care Pty Ltd has been sanctioned on at least five separate occasions? Can the minister advise the Senate whether People Care Pty Ltd has been sanctioned on any further occasions?
