Is your ruling that you remind the minister of the question, or is your ruling that she was directly relevant? If it is the latter, there is an issue with that. The minister cannot possibly, in my submission—and I'd invite you to take advice—be directly relevant to a question in her portfolio when talking about the election and Queensland seats.
