The government will not oppose this motion, however the Senate should note that data relating to part 2 of the motion is not available, and, as stated in the letter from the Leader of the Government in the Senate to the President dated 20 May and the Treasurer's letter to the Clerk of the House of Representatives dated 10 June, data called for in part 3 is also not available.
