I can't recall whether Senator Keneally sought leave to continue her remarks. In case she didn't, I also rise to take note of the report of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security into the impact of the exercise of law enforcement and intelligence powers on the freedom of the press and I seek leave to continue my remarks later.
