On 16 February 2021, in a joint press release with the minister for health, Minister Colbeck is quoted as saying:

… the Australian Government would be responsible for leading the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program in the aged care sector.

Does this minister accept responsibility on behalf of the Morrison government for this mistake?
