Today over 280,000 more children are in child care, and women's workforce participation has reached a record high, as I said, of 61.8 per cent in March this year, which is up from 58.7 per cent when Labor last left office. This universal child care means they really don't care if parents are working to be eligible and they don't really have faith in parents actually deciding what is right for their families.
