I seek leave to correct the record about a statement I made in question time.

I said to Senator Colbeck that my question on notice 3970 has been outstanding for 12 weeks. That was correct, but I also said that my staff had tried to contact his office today. While that's correct, they didn't get through and did not follow up later. So Senator Colbeck's staff was not advised of that question today.
