I will now move on to amendments circulated by the Australian Greens on sheet 1525.

The Australian Greens circulated amendment—

(1) Clause 2, page 2 (table item 1), omit the table item, substitute:

1. The whole of the Act          1 July 2022.

The Australian Greens opposed schedule 2 in the following terms—

(2) Schedule 2, item 2, page 4 (lines 7 to 9.

We will start with item 2 of schedule 2. The question is that item 2 of schedule 2 stand as amended by government amendment 3.
