On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 4 standing in my name for five sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Legislation (Exemptions and Other Matters) Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2021 and business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1, standing in my name, for 13 sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Taxation Administration (Data Sharing—Relevant COVID-19 Business Support Program) Declaration 2021.
