Yes, that's them. There is evidence that the scheme has been targeted by serious organised crime. Currently, there are $213.9 million of NDIS funding being investigated for fraud. The Albanese Labor government has zero tolerance for fraud and is committed to stopping the waste of NDIS participant funding that should be used to give individuals choice over their lives.
