If I were an operator in the tourism industry in the Mornington Peninsula—I'm regrettably not; it would be a lovely place to be operating—I would be saying to all of our community: what's going to help tourism in my community? That's going to be more people coming out and coming into my cafe and coming into my hotel. And how is that going to occur? By lifting the wages of all the people in that community.
