I don't accept the characterisation. This is a mechanism that is about making sure the largest emitters have a pathway to contribute to net zero by 2050. I know that there are those who would like governments to pick and choose sectors in terms of making a contribution, and I know there are particular political views that the Greens political party have on these issues. We think the best approach is to ensure that the market can see a predictable pathway to achieving these reductions.
