Senator Babet, I wasn't trying to obfuscate; I was actually trying to be helpful, and I was actually agreeing. I think bipartisanship does matter. I'm also on record from that time—and I think since that time our party's position has developed—raising concerns about ISDS. We all know, for example, that it was—my recollection is this, and I might be wrong—a Hong Kong free trade agreement. There was an investor-state dispute settlement clause under that which led to tobacco companies seeking legal action against Australia for— (Time expired)
