We will support these amendments because amendment (2) requires higher education providers to ensure students own their intellectual property and amendment (3) requires ensuring that at least 25 per cent of students selected for STARTUP-HELP loans are enrolled in a regional university. The Greens do support these measures that support regional students, in making sure that they do not miss out on the educational outcomes of the program.
