Minister, what evidence do you have that one student in this country is going to enrol in a course? What concrete evidence do you have that any student would line up to do a course such as this when there are currently 120 accelerator and incubator courses? They are on the Universities Australia website for anyone who wants to have a look. Students can do one of a huge range of courses at principally no cost or at very little cost. What evidence do you have that any students at all will sign up to do one of these courses?
