Thank you for the question. I'm engaging in this in good faith. We've heard from the government. They've stated that they will update the guidelines to be consistent with whatever passes here. I don't see a problem with moving from 'may' to 'must', but I'm happy to engage on this more. You said this is the first you've seen it circulated in the chamber. My understanding is that there have been discussions about this. Is this the first time you've seen it or have you actually seen this amendment before?
