On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notices of motion Nos 1 and 2 for tomorrow, proposing the disallowance of the Corporations Amendment (Litigation Funding) Regulations 2022 and Treasury Laws Amendment (Rationalising ASIC Instruments) Regulations 2022, and business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for six sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Corporations Amendment (Design and Distribution Obligations—Income Management Regimes) Regulations 2023.
