Minister, can you guarantee to the people of Australia that the Albanese government's cultural heritage laws will not mean, as in Western Australia, that anyone on more than 1,100 square metres of land will be required to apply and pay potentially thousands of dollars for a permit before carrying out a range of activities, including the planting of trees, erecting fence and even clearing tracks?
