I acknowledge Senator Roberts's speech. I don't agree with large parts of it. In this bill, within the legislation before us, there are penalties. Individuals can lose deferred remuneration and can be disqualified from being able to work in the industry, and there are individual civil penalties for assisting an entity's contravention of obligations.
