The question is that the question be now put on the motion to suspend standing orders. The ayes shall move to the right of the chair, the noes to the left. I appoint Senator Urquhart as teller for the ayes and Senator Scarr as teller for the noes. This is the fourth time today that I've had to remind senators that once tellers are called you should be in your seats, otherwise you can be disqualified. Senator Birmingham and Senator Pocock, you need to be in your seats. I will assume that you are not voting on this, Senator Pocock. I've directed you to be in your seat.
