I'm giving Minister Gallagher the call, but I just want to alert senators to some housekeeping matters. Senator Tyrrell, if you wish to make calls on your mobile phone, they're done out of the chamber. And I'm not sure whose adviser it is from the Jacqui Lambie Network, but you are to remain in the seated area and not wander onto the floor.
