I am informed that it is on the procedural motion, and that is that a motion relating to the Select Committee on Commonwealth Bilateral Airservices Agreements may be moved immediately and determined without amendment or debate. The minister has moved, as I understand it, that that motion be put. The question is that the question now be put on the procedural motion moved by the minister.
