The government won't be supporting this motion either. The senator seeks information relating to the recent statement of intent between the Commonwealth and the Western Australian government on school funding. This is a significant achievement on the road to full and fair funding of all our public schools. For the information of the Senate, I table the signed statement, which will be published online shortly, and the accompanying media release. The balance of materials sought go to negotiations between the Commonwealth and the states and territories.
