Pursuant to standing order 75, I propose that the following matter of public importance be submitted to the Senate for discussion:

The Albanese Labor Government cannot be trusted to keep Australians safe.

Is the proposal supported?

With the concurrence of the Senate, the clerks will set the clocks in line with the informal arrangements made by the whips.
