I thank Senator Birmingham for the question, I don't think there's anyone in this place who wouldn't be concerned and who wouldn't feel for the victims involved—not only with this group of individuals but more broadly—particularly those who may have suffered from a sexual assault or a sexual crime. I'm not going to reflect on the individual who is before the court because I don't want to prejudice that matter that is before the court. To do so would be irresponsible. But I think to suggest that there are people in this place who don't care and haven't turned their mind to that is just not true, and you know it's not true. We are all here. We are all worried about people who may have been on the end of the offending. The minister has reached out as you would expect to ensure support is being provided to relevant individuals.
