At the request of Senator Chisholm, I move:

That—

(a) the provisions of standing order 115(3) not apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal Bill 2024 and related bills; and

(b) on Wednesday, 15 May 2024 the routine of business from after the consideration of proposals under standing order 75 till 7.30 pm be:

(i) consideration of the Administrative Review Tribunal Bill 2024 and related bills, and

(ii) government business only.
