Pursuant to notice given at the last day of sitting, on behalf of the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation Committee, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for three sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Greenhouse Gas Injection and Storage) Regulations 2023 made under the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006; and business of the Senate notice of motion No. 2 for 10 sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Migration Amendment (Bridging Visa Conditions) Act 2023 made under the Migration Act 1958.
