On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention to, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1, for 13 sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Jervis Bay Territory Rural Fires Rules 2024 made under the Jervis Bay Territory Rural Fires Ordinance 2014.
