At the request of Senator McKenzie, I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, by no later than midday on 22 August 2024, the following documents:

(a) copies of the Federation Funding Agreement for Land Transport Infrastructure Projects (2024-2029) provided by the Commonwealth to any state or territory governments; and

(b) copies of any Federation Funding Agreement for Land Transport Infrastructure Projects (2024-2029) that have been signed by a state or territory government.
