My interest is not in the website; it's in whether or not the agreement has been finalised—and that means to me that each of the states has actually agreed to the agreement. Otherwise, how else could it be finalised? Minister, could you please explain whether or not all of the states have actually agreed to the infrastructure funding agreement? If not, which ones have not?
