I'm taking note of that report. I'd like to acknowledge the protecting notice put around the recycling act that you've done, going forward in regulations. Industry has contacted us strongly in favour of your actions—also around the fees. I notice a proposal of disallowance passed across my desk. It is a good thing for the industry; I think what you're doing is the right thing, and it is widely going to make some certainty in the recycling and renewables area. I commend the committee for that.
