I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, by no later than 5 pm on 17 October 2024:

(a) all documents relating to the Minister's decision to approve Melbourne Airport's third runway; and

(b) all documents, correspondence or advice provided to the Minister by the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts relating to Melbourne Airport's third runway.
