I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment and Water, by no later than Thursday, 17 October 2024:

(a) all correspondence between the Minister, including any representatives of the

Minister's office, and Vitrinite since 8 August 2024;

(b) all correspondence between the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water and Vitrinite since 8 August 2024; and

(c) any documents relating to potential compliance breaches or clearing without approval undertaken by Vitrinite.
